North Carolina Real Estate Commission
SEATTLE - July 27, 2009 – Escapia, Inc. (www.escapia.com), the #1 provider of web-based management and marketing solutions for vacation rental managers, announced today that its vacation rental management software, EscapiaVRS, is now included on the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s (NCREC) list of compliant resort rental management software.

Real Estate accounting rules and regulations in North Carolina include special trust accounting and reporting requirements. The NCREC extensively evaluates software packages to verify compliance with the Commissions’ Rules and Trust Account Guidelines. So stringent are their requirements that some companies never achieve compliance.

We are truly excited about the NC approval since it is another validation of our software not only for NC firms but for all involved, and we're continuously making it better with new capabilities every month.
